Deir Ezzor (Syria News) British Ministry of Defense posted a video, on Friday, showing the intervention of a British warplane to prevent the so-called Islamic State group from carrying out an execution process in Albukamal City, in Deir Ezzor Province.

According to Sputnik News, a drone was monitoring the movement of civilian gatherings in one of the squares, and fired a rocket toward a high building beside the area.

The British Ministry of Defense revealed that this aerial operation was supervised from al-Adid Airbase in Qatar, while the drone was remotely controlled from a British Military base in Lincolnshire area, in eastern England, 2000 miles away from the target.
