Video: Car bomb blast in Homs, over 15 casualties

Homs ( More than 15 persons were either killed or wounded, on Tuesday, in a car bomb blast in al-Zahraa neighborhood, in the city of Homs, a video posted on Facebook by Hama News page.

The explosion took place in front of the Electricity Emergency Center in al-Zahraa neighborhood, leaving more than 15 casualties, included the emergency center Head Hossam al-Assas, who died later, in addition to causing complete power outage in the area.

The deaths are also expected to rise due to the intensity of the bombing, however, no group or organization claimed responsibility for it, the video added.

The bombing took place at the same time as another car bomb exploded near the government forces-held al-Mostakbal border, on Damascus Airport road.
