Advisor of Supreme Leader of Iran assures readiness of Iran to help Iraq combat terrorism

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Advisor of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Akbar Wilayati, assured the readiness of Iran to help Iraq.

Some Iranian sources stated that Wilayati, after meeting the Chinese Prime Minister stated “The terrorist attack in Iraq is due to the success of the elections and wining the majority of the votes by the SLC headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.”

“If the Iraqi government requested Iran to support it, we will never hesitate to help,” he concluded.
