Al-Iraqiya’s withdrawal is not right – irrational

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A Sadrist Trend MP said that the withdrawal of al-Iraqiya bloc from the government will not affect the political process, the media center of the political authority of the Sadrist Trend announced today. “The suspension of al-Iraqiya’s presence in the parliament is not right and it’s irrational,” the center reported MP Riyadh al-Zaidi as saying. “If al-Iraqiya bloc insists, it will not affect the political process, because it will turn into opposition, thus strenghtening the current government,” he added.
