Araji: New MPs to represent Sadr Trend in next parliament

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the National Partnership Assembly within the Sadr Trend, Bahaa al-Araji, stated that new MPs will represent the Sadr Trend in the next parliament.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), Araji said “The nominees of al-Ahrar bloc, except me, did not nominate themselves for more than two terms where the other blocs nominated the same MPs who spent two parliament terms.”

“The Sadr Trend will comprise new MPs that believe in brining about change in the political process,” he concluded.
