Araji: Results of investigations concerning armament contracts to be announced next week
The head of the Integrity Committee, Baha al-Araji, stated to IraqiNews.com “The tasked Committee will present the results of the investigations on next week.”
‘The investigations are not complete yet and till now we can not accuse any figure of being behind the corruption in this contract,” he concluded.
Earlier, the member of the Security and Defense Parliamentary Committee, Abbas al-Bayati, confirmed that the committee tasked to investigate the armament contracts concluded with Russia completed 90% of its duties and will present the preliminary results on next week.
