Babel Governor reveals new plan to target Babel security

Babel (IraqiNews.com) Babel Governor, Mohamed al-Masoudi revealed new plan aiming to target the safe areas in Babel province.

Masoudi told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The terrorist bombings that took place in Babel on last Friday is part of new plan that aims targeting the secure areas in the province,” stressing “The meticulous intelligence information unveiled hidden cooperation between the terrorist groups and certain sides that seek to destabilize the security in Babel and the general situation there.”

He called “The central government to take action and stand with the local government and provide it with security and logistic support.”

Babel has witnessed two bombings of car bombs on last Friday resulted in killing and injuring dozens of citizens.
