Urgent – New provinces of Fallujah, Tuz, Valley of Nineveh approved by Council of Ministers

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Ministers approved the proposal to announce Fallujah and the Valley of Nineveh areas as provinces.

The Council of the Ministers reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Cabinet proved principally to announce Tuz, Fallujah and the Valley of Nineveh areas as provinces but this proposal to be submitted to the Cabinet after accomplishing all required procedures.”

”A committee was formed chaired by the concerned Ministers and the membership of representatives of the Ministries of Justice and Municipalities in addition to the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers to assume setting the controls and terms adopted to announce the related areas as provinces,” the statement concluded.
