Urgent – Maliki orders to open extra paths in main security checkpoints

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Commanding General of Armed Forces, Nouri al-Maliki, ordered to open extra paths in the security checkpoints in Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces.Maliki’s media office reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The paths in the main security checkpoints situated at the entrances of Baghdad and other important areas should not be less than five accompanied by providing full protection in order to facilitate the traffic flow and alleviate traffic jams.””Maliki called the concerned sides to adopt this order to be applied in all related security checkpoints by next Wednesday where special patrols will monitor the execution of this order and will punish the violators,” the statement added.The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, accused several government institutions of attempting to foil the political process and the government deliberately dereliction in providing services to citizens. \END\
