Chairman of Kirkuk Provincial Council resigns to join parliament

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Chairman of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, Hassan Toran, resigned his post to join the parliament.

MP, Furhad Qadr, of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan stated “Toran resigned his post after winning a parliament membership.”
