Citizen MP: Bloc contests Elections law to lose next elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hasoun al-Fatlawi, of the Citizen bloc stated “Any political bloc that contests the Elections law will lose the next elections.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Even if the Elections law has defects, no political side can contest it because it will aim at postponing the elections and the public will not vote for it during the next elections.”

“The citizens cannot tolerate the situation and want to change it,” he concluded.
