Dahlaki expects Monday session to witness vote on amendment of JAC law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Raad al-Dahlaki, of the Iraqiya Slate expected that Monday will involve conducting the first reading of the amendment of the Justice and Accountability Commission law.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The amendment proposal was presented to the JAC five months ago and then it was submitted to the Legal Parliamentary Committee that approved it.”

“The amendment included all the articles of the law in addition to setting a time limit for the term of the JAC,” he concluded.
