Demonstrations in western provinces aim at toppling political process, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohamed al-Nasiri, of the State of Law Coalition stressed that the demonstrations in the western provinces are political and aim at toppling the political process.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he mentioned “The legitimate demands have special ways to be expressed and the demonstrators must submit their demands to the concerned sides in the State,” noting that “The implementation of such demands needs a specific period.”

“The demands of the demonstrators in western provinces are illegitimate because they want to bring Baath Party and Qaeda back to Iraq,” he concluded.
