Dori to suggest law prohibits granting posts to sectarian agitators

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Etab al-Dori, of the Iraqiya Slate announced that she will suggest a law draft to the parliament to prohibit granting any post to the politicians who agitates sectarianism.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “Voting by majority on a law draft that prohibits granting the politicians who agitate sectarianism any post and to be nominated for the next parliament membership and even the retirement salary.”

“It is unacceptable to allow such politicians to get a post after creating sectarian sedition among the Iraqis,” she added.

She called to “Form a neutral committee that check the names of the nominees of the next parliament membership to exclude those politicians,” stressing the necessity of nominating “The qualified and moderate persons to be able to run the governmental post and serve the citizens.”
