Former MP Alwani sentenced to death

 

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Central Criminal Court affiliated to the Supreme Justice Council sentenced former MP Ahmed Al-Alwani to death.

Spokesperson of the SJC, judge Abdul-Sattar Al-Beraghdar told IraqiNews.com “The Central Criminal Court has sentenced former MP Alwani to death as per article No. 406 for premeditated murder.”Alwani was arrested in 29-12-2013 amid clashes between the rebels in Anbar and the security forces. /End/
