Hakim, Czech Ambassador to Iraq discuss bilateral relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, discussed with the Ambassador of Republic of Czech for Iraq, Alexander Langer, the bilateral relations between Iraq and Czech.

A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim welcomed at his office in Baghdad the Czech Ambassador to Iraq where they discussed the common relations between both countries and ways of enhancing them.”

“For his side, the Czech Ambassador expressed admiration to the views of Hakim in coping with the regional problems, stressing that “there is great similarity between the SIIC head’s views and those of the moderate trends in the world which seeks to achieve peace and security,” the statement concluded.
