Hakim: Gaza proves victory through persistence

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed that Gaza Strip proved its victory and surprised the enemy by its patience and persistence.

Hakim said in a statement received by Iraqi News that “The public opinion in Israel cannot talk about the victory although the Israeli Prime Minister has claimed victory,” noting that “The whole world was waiting for the collapse of Gaza in front of the Israeli military force but depending on God granted victory for the oppressed people.”

“The officials should not create a gap between them and the nation even if it does not agree with them,” he concluded.
