INA meets to nominate a new Prime Minister

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Monday the Iraqi National Alliance (INA) began a meeting to choose a candidate for Prime Minister in the house of the former Prime Minister and head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari.

A source in the Alliance said, in an interview for Iraqi news.com that “The Iraqi National Alliance began, a little while ago, a meeting of the prime minister in the house of Ibrahim Jaafari, head of the alliance,” without giving further details.

The MP for the State of Law Coalition, Rehab Alabboudh have already revealed in the morning that the National Alliance will hold a meeting today to choose its candidate for Prime Minister, while suggesting that the competition for this position will be limited between Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Ahmed Chalabi and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
