Iraqi Parliament session lifted till next Thursday

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi parliament lifted its Wednesday session that was headed by the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, and attended by 178 MPs.

A statement by the media office of the parliament received by Iraqi News cited “Wednesday session witnessed the first reading of the proposal of Amendment of Provincial Councils Elections,” noting that “The preliminary report over the conditions of the detentions and prisons was discussed in the session.”
