Karbalai calls to endorse Federal Service, Widows Law drafts

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Representative of the Religious Authority in Karbala, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, called to endorse the law draft of the Federal Service and the draft of the Widows and Orphans, stressing the necessity of adhering to proficiency in forming the security systems.

During the Friday Prayer, Karbalai stated “There should be a cooperation among the authorities on one hand and between the citizens and the security systems on the other hand where the efforts must be increased in all fields such as forming the security systems according to proficiency not numbers.”

“There should be a developmental formation based on proficiency not numbers in addition to focusing on developing the intelligence system,” he added.

“There are many security forces who are patriotic and do their best to sustain security for the citizens, but there is a dangerous file that must be checked where there are many corrupted officials in the security systems who ignore the security breaches by getting some money in addition to receiving the salaries of some security elements who did not join the service,” he concluded.
