Khafaji calls ICS to confront Takfiri Fatwas issued by alleged clergymen

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Mahdi al-Khafaji, of the State of Law Coalition assured that the blind terrorism is based on the Takfiri Fatwas which is the major challenge for the Islamic Cooperation Summit conference’s activities held in Cairo currently.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The alleged clergymen are launching Fatwas to create sectarian disputes among the members of the one nation so all the sides participating in the ICS should confront these Fatwas to eliminate sedition escalated within the Islamic nation.”

He called to “Consolidate the Islamic unity and to avoid sectarianism like what is going on in Syria.”

He also expressed his hope “To discuss the situation in Bahrain and the human rights in Ahsa and Qatief areas in Saudi Arabia during the Summit.”
