Khuzaye: "Iraq determined to be donor country"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Vice President, Khudhayer al-Khuzaye stressed that “Iraq would be a donor country, and it is determined to fulfill all its international obligations.”

In his speech at the 3rd Arab Economic Summit held on Tuesday at Riyadh, Khuzaye said “Iraq has played major role in holding the Arab and international conferences,” noting that “Iraq promises to be a donor country through fulfilling its international obligations.”

He continued saying “Iraq hopes from the Arab leaders to set a practical program for the elimination of the unemployment among the Arab youth by facilitating the transmission and travel between Arab countries and reducing dependence on foreign labor, and we expect that Iraq in the upcoming period will need a large number of Arab labor.”

Khuzaye highlighted the necessity to “Rehabilitate the women and encourage them to take part in the investment activities and the humanitarian development in addition to support the civil society organizations.”

The Vice President has chaired the Iraqi delegation participating in 3rd Arab Economic Summit held on Tuesday in KSA, Riyadh.
