(IraqiNews.com) The former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki condemned today the parliamentary report, which blamed him alongside others in the fall of Mosul at the hands of ISIS, describing the report as no value, while a legal expert said that al-Maliki and others could face the death penalty.

Maliki wrote on his page on Facebook in the first public comment since the publication of the report on Sunday and sent to the Attorney General on Monday, “no value to the result that emerged from the parliamentary committee of inquiry about the fall of Mosul. The committee is influenced by political differences and out of objectivity.“
