Marabi urges ISF to prevent smuggling weapons from southern, central Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Hussein al-Marabi of the Fadhila Bloc demanded the Iraqi Security Forces ISF to prevent smuggling weapons from the central and southern parts of Iraq.

In a statement to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said Wednesday “The ISF should intensify procedures to prevent smuggling weapons from the central and southern parts of Iraq through intensifying search process and setting sudden and moveable check points on the highways to arrest and discover smugglers.”

“We also call the Iraqi citizens to realize the seriousness of the conspiracy against Iraq and be an aid for the ISF,” he stressed.

MP Marabi stressed importance of adherence to the instructions of the Religious which prevented selling weapons for suspicious sides and instructed all sides to eliminate the sedition.
