Mayahi calls to endorse Parties law before next elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aziz al-Mayahi, of the White bloc called the parliament chairmanship to endorse the Parties law before holding the next elections.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The White bloc insists on endorsing the Elections law to ensure the correct performance of the political process and to respect the constitution in order not to waste the public fund in financing the political parties.”

“This law will reveal the sides financing the political parties where there are media office and political headquarters in addition to the huge electoral propaganda where the Iraqis want to know the source of financing all of these activities,” he added.

“The Iraqis started t demonstrate to get their rights back where the parliament chairmanship is requested to endorse this law draft before the beginning of the next electoral propagandas,” he concluded.
