MP Hakim calls to hold urgent session to discuss water crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Independent MP, Abdul Hadi al-Hakim, called the parliament chairmanship to hold an urgent session to discuss the issue of blocking Euphrates River water from running to the central and southern provinces by the sectarian terrorists.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The parliament should hold the session with the concerned Ministers and Officials as well as the Governors of the affected provinces.”

“Blocking the water is an immoral practice committed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant away from the Islamic teachings and other religions,” he concluded.
