MP: postponement of transferring authority opposes constitution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of Parliament, Lylah Al-Khafaji, of Citizen bloc reported that “Postponing the transfer of authority to the local governments opposing the Iraqi constitution.”

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, Khafaji said Saturday, mentioned that “The demands of some ministers to postpone the transfer of authority according to amended Law No. 21 to the local Governments is deemed as adherence to centralization and setting off alarm bell to the Iraqi political process”. /End/
