Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Imad Uhana, of al-Rafidain bloc praised the role of the United Nations Assistance Mission to Iraq in settling pending issues between Iraq and Kuwait and consolidating relations between them.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The efforts of UNAMI to create harmony between Iraq and Kuwait and to eliminate all the problems between them are appreciated by the Iraqis.”
“There are vivid intentions by Iraq and Kuwait to enhance bilateral relations between them,” he added, noting that “These intentions are positive indications concerning the future between the two countries.”
Earlier, UNAMI announced that Kuwait agreed to invest the due compensations in Iraq.
