Mutleg calls to take time before implementing executions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Arab Iraqiya Slate, Salih al-Mutleg, called take time before implementing the dead sentences till reaching final agreement on issuing the general amnesty law.

Mutleg said “The concerned authorities must take time till agree on final draft for the general amnesty law because in so doing, we will save life of many oppressed people who were victims of the improper investigations.”

“Due to the exceptional conditions experienced by our country, it is necessary to ratify general amnesty law to save the oppressed prisoners sentenced to death unfairly,” he concluded.
