Mutleg criticizes attempt to arrest Issawi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Prime Minister, Salah al-Mutleg of the Iraqiya Slate criticized the arrest attempt planned for the leading figure within the IS, Rafa al-Issawi in Anbar on last Monday.

Mutleg said on Tuesday “What is done by the security forces on last Monday when they tried to arrest Issawi does not demonstrate a real will to build the state and we will not be false witnesses in a political process targets its partners in such a way.”

“This attempt indicates irresponsible behavior by the security forces which was about to ignite a great sedition without the intervention of the tribes’ sons who aborted the attempt,” he added.

The resigned Finance Minister, Issawi has announced that he was subject to arrests attempt, on last Monday in Anbar, however the attempt was foiled by a number of the tribes’ sons.
