Nijaifi’s Coalition hails Hakim’s initiative over political crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Motahidon Coalition, headed by Osama al-Nijaifi, hailed “The initiative of the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim that aims at ending the political crisis and to unify the visions to confront terrorism.”

The Spokesman of the Coalition, Thafir al-Ani, stated to IraqiNews.com “Hakim’s initiative is welcomed because it is characterized by credibility,” noting that “It is considered as the last resort at the current stage.”

“Hakim’s intention is to end the crisis and not limited to the dialogue since the fruitless dialogue is useless,” he added.

He called “All political sides to respond to this initiative to rescue Iraqis from their despair.”
