Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker of Parliament, Osama Al-Nijaifi criticized the pressures being practiced on certain political blocs to convince them to modify their political positions.Nijaifi’s office reported today “The parliament Speaker welcomed on Monday the US Ambassador for Iraq, Robert Beecroft where they discussed the political and security developments in Iraq.””Nijaifi expressed his worries over the endeavors of some political sides to lobby MPs and political parties within the preparations for composing the new government,” the report added.
