Nusayif submits contests to FC over Khur Abdullah pact with Kuwait

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Hurra Iraqiya bloc submitted a contest to the Federal Court over Khur Abdllah pact with Kuwait.

She stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “I’ve submitted a contest to the Federal Court over Khur Abdullah pact with Kuwait where it would be a good Iraqi response over the Kuwaiti violation if accepted.”

“The security situation and the political disputes in Iraq served Kuwait and allowed it to approve many decisions and suspicious plans to achieve illegitimate interests,” she added, noting that “If the situation was stable in Iraq, many Iraqis would protest the Kuwait violations against Iraq.”

“Contesting this pact is a moral duty in order not to keep silence over the Kuwaiti violations,” she concluded.
