Parlaimentary Committee of Agriculture discusses law draft over Marshes

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parlaimentary Committee of Agriculture and Marshes discussed a law draft to consider the Iraqi Marshes as natural preserved areas.

A statement by the Committee received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Committee held a meeting headed by Chairman of the Committee, Hamid al-Khudari, and attended by all members of the Committee on Thursday.”

“The meeting tackled the rest of the law drafts where 15 among 22 law drafts were prepared,” the statement added.

“The Committee discussed its supervisory role in the previous and the upcoming stages,” the statement concluded.
