Parliament holds farewell celebration for Mladenov

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi parliament holds a farewell celebration for the Special Representative for the UN’s Secretary General to Iraq, Nickoly Mladenov, after finishing his tasks in Iraq.

It is worth mentioning that the Secretary General for the UN, Ban Ki-moon announced assigning Jan Kubiš as the SRSG in Iraq and the head of the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq UNAMI on the 24th of February 2015 to replace Mladenov. /End/
