Parliament regular session starts

Baghdad ( The Parliament held its regular session, on Thursday, to vote on a number of law drafts.

A Parliamentary source stated to “The Parliament council held its regular session chaired by the Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi.”

“The agenda of the session includes voting on seven law drafts of represented by The General Amnesty Law, Supreme Federal Court, Supreme Judicial Council, the Amendment of the Independent High Electoral Commission law No. 11 for 2007 in addition to voting on other laws,” the source added.

“The session will witness discussing the activation of the supervisory role of the Parliament,” the source concluded.
