Rasoul: US foreign policy towards Iraq not to changed with Obama\

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Firhad Rasoul, of the Kurdistani Alliance assured that “The American foreign strategy will not be changed towards the middle-east and Iraq whether Obama wins or Romney in the elections.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “We have a wrong idea about the European countries and the United States because the American strategy towards the world is the same in case the Democratic and the Republican sides win the elections.”

“The two parties have the same policy concerning the foreign relations and concerning Iraq they have the Strategic Framework Agreement which will determine the relations with the US in all aspects,” he concluded.

With only Florida’s 29 electoral votes still undecided, Obama won 303 electoral votes to Romney’s 206.

In his speech in Chicago after his re-election Tuesday night, Obama addressed Romney saying “We may have battled fiercely, but it’s only because we love this country deeply and we care so strongly about its future.”
