Sa’adi calls to amend constitution to avoid increasing parliament seats

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kamal al-Sa’adi, of the State of Law Coalition headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, to amend the constitution to prevent not increasing the parliament seats.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The constitution must be amended to stop the attempts of increasing the parliament seats where the seats will be increased due to the increase of the population.”

“The increase will result in wasting the budget by paying the huge funds to the MPs and their guards in addition to complicating the parliament while discussing the laws,” he concluded.
