Shara: Sunday bombings aim at affecting security, political situation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Furat al-Shara, of the Citizen bloc stated that the bombings that took place in Baghdad aim at affecting the political and security situation.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” Whenever the crisis is about to be settled, we witness a series of bombings that aim at disturbing the situation and affecting the political situation.

“These explosions were caused due to the lack of the intelligence information that contributed in disturbing the security situation in Iraq,” he added.

“The security performance, in spite of being weak, is developing and will be able to face the threats due to the awareness of the Iraqi people,” he concluded.
