Shiite Endowment accuses Qaeda of exhuming Great Companion’s tomb in Syria

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Shiite Endowment accused Al Qaeda of exhuming the tomb of the Sahaabi, Hajar bin Udai in Syria.

Head of the Shiite Endowment, Salih al-Haidari stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We condemn this outrageous and inhumane act as we also would like to stress that Al Qaeda and the other Takfiri organizations is behind exhuming the Great Companion, bin Udai’s tomb.”

Haidari called “the international community and the United Nations to stand against these actions which offend the Muslim countries’ pride.”

The Syrian Free Army claimed responsibility for exhuming the Great Companion’s tomb on last Thursday and transporting his dead body to unknown place.
