Sihail stresses necessity of developing infrastructure of Iraqi universities

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The First Deputy Speaker, Qusai al-Sihail, stressed the necessity of developing the infrastructure of the Iraqi universities.

A statement by Sihail’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Sihail headed a meeting for the Parliamentary Education Committee in presence of the head of al-Kufa University where they discussed the situation of the Iraqi universities and the means of developing the educational system and the grants of the Iraqi students.”

“Sihail stressed the necessity of developing the infrastructure of the universities by constructing labs and research centers due to their importance in developing the potentials of the students,” the statement added.

“The participants discussed the situation of the Iraqi students in the hostels and the means of improving their situation,” the statement concluded.
