Sinjari: Government excludes some sides of JAC procedures illegally

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Falih al-Sinjari, member of the National Reconciliation Parliamentary Committee accused the Government of excluding some sides of the Justice and Accountability Commission procedures illegally.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The exclusion of some sides of JAC procedures must be submitted to the parliament to be approved but the Government excludes some sides of the JAC while most of them are not approved by the Parliament.”

“Officials who do not follow this way in excluding some side of the JAC procedures should referred to the legal sides,” he added.

“We called to amend the JAC law since it involves many problems,” he mentioned, noting that “This law must be implemented professionally and neutrally or to be canceled.”

“The Iraqiya Slate calls to apply the JAC law with justice as soon as possible to grant the retirement dues to those who are involved in these procedures,” he concluded.
