SLC MP expects Federal Court to reject limiting terms of Presidencies law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Hadi al-Yasiri of the State of Law Coalition expected that “The Federal Court will reject the law of limiting terms of the Three Presidencies.”

MP Yasiri said in a statement received by Iraqi News on Tuesday “We are convinced that the Federal Court will defy the law of limiting the terms of the three Presidencies because it is illegal.”

“Some sides attempt to confront the Cabinet of Maliki through ending his term as a Prime Minister and the last attempt was legislating this law,” he concluded.
