Southern Sudan State calls for diplomatic relations with Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Southern Sudan State called for establishing diplomatic relations with Iraq.

The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, met with his Sudanese counterpart in of Cairo on the margins of the ministerial meeting of the Arab League.
