Talabani arrives in Arbil to meet Biden

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani arrived Thursday in Arbil to meet U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, a well-informed source said. “The president arrived in Arbil coming from the city of Sulaimaniya to meet Biden,” the source told Iraqi News. Director of the foreign relations department in Kurdistan Falah Mustaph had said earlier that U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will arrive in Arbil on Thursday to meet with Kurdish President Massoud Barzani to discuss a number of issues of common concern.
