Urgent – .A & J Board refuses nomination of Shanshal to Board’s presidency

The Accountability & Justice Board decided to withdraw nomination of Falah Shanshal from the presidency of the Board.

The official Iraqia Sat channel reported on Tuesday that “The Accountability & Justice Board voted with all its members on withdrawing nominating Shanshal, the candidate of the Sadr Trend, from assuming office of the A & J Board.”

The cassation Bureau within the A & J Board has appealed the decision of the A & J Board that is of including the judge Midhat al-Mahmoud in the ablation procedures.
