VP Khuzayi: Crises in Iraq not to hinder political process

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Vice-President, Khudhir al-Khuzayi, assured that the new Iraq will have a prosperous future where the current crises will not hinder the political process, but it strengthen it to adhere to its democratic system.

A statement by Khuzayi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “While meeting the Iraqi community in Geneva in a banquet held by the Iraqi Ambassador to Geneva Mohammed al-Hakim, Khuzayi referred to the cultural history of Iraq.”

“He appreciated the exerted efforts of the Iraqi embassy in Geneva in representing the international activities,” the statement added.

“Hakim appreciated the active participation of Khuzayi in the 22nd Course of the Human Rights Conference in addition to his meetings with the representatives of the Five Members Countries of the UN and the Arab ambassadors in Geneva,” the statement concluded. /End
