Zebari, Ukrainian Counterpart sign joint statement to develop mutual relations
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, and his Ukrainian Counterpart, signed a joint statement to develop the mutual relations between the two countries.
A statement by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry received by IraqiNews.com cited “Zebari received his Ukrainian Counterpart and the accompanied delegation on Wednesday where they discussed the mutual relations on the 20th anniversary of starting the bilateral relations between the two countries.”
“The two sides signed a joint statement to develop the mutual relations between the two countries in addition to signing an understanding pact between the two Foreign Service Institutions in the foreign ministries of the two countries,” the statement added.
Earlier, the Ukrainian FM has met the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki and the ministers of the Oil, Industry and Municipalities in addition to the head of the National Investment Commission.
