Iraq discusses enhancing oil production with international companies

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced on Thursday conducting talks and discussions with the international oil companies to maintain the Iraqi oil production levels and increase its rates.

Iraqi Oil Minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “We are now in discussions with the international oil companies, in order to invite investors to continue their work and achieve a future increase in oil production and rates.”

Earlier today, Iraqi Oil Ministry expected the oil prices to rise and reach $65 in the second half of 2016.
