Baghdad ( MP Ibraheem al-Mutleg, criticized the government’s dependence on the oil revenues for national income and neglecting private sector.

Mutleg reported in statement to that ”Iraq will not be developed if the private sector does not obtain allocations from the state budget and the national income depends on Oil revenues only.”

Mutleg ruled out any political disputes on items of state budget 2013, expecting the budget law draft to be endorsed in the Parliament during this month.

The Parliament has started the second reading of the law draft of the state budget 2013 within the preparations of the political bloc to participate in elections of provincial councils which scheduled on April 2012. \
